Hello, lovelies! It’s the middle of October, which means there are ten weeks left in 2018! Where has the time gone? I just want to freeze everything and live right here in October for at least another few months. I sadly don’t have the power to stop time, so I’m instead going to share a list of books I hope to read before the year is over!
Without further ado, here is my 2018 End Of The Year TBR list!
Les Misérables – Victor Hugo
(This is at the top of my list because I’ve been trying to finish this beautiful brick for a year…it’s wonderful, but it’s so long! I keep getting distracted by shorter books.)
Anne of Green Gables – LM Montgomery
(This book is already amazing, and I’m only a few chapters in! My best friend – a major Anne Shirley fan – recommended it to me, and I can’t wait to finish it so I can read the other books in the series!)
Our Dark Duet – VE Schwab
(I finished This Savage Song last month. I’m hoping the sequel is just as good!)
Rebecca – Daphne du Maurier
(The film adaptation is one of my favorites – haunting, yet beautiful. I think the book will be a really enjoyable Fall read.)
A Darker Shade Of Magic – VE Schwab
(I started ADSOM at the start of this year, but never finished it. Now that I’ve read and loved This Savage Song, I’m excited to read more by this particular author!)
Starfish – Akemi Dawn Bowman
(The combination of the beautiful cover and the storyline of family, love of art, and finding hope is intriguing! I think it will be a beautiful, albeit happy/sad read.)
****
So there it is! Five books plus The Brick in ten weeks – wish me luck!
What’s left on your 2018 TBR?
